Aura

Aura is one of Israel's largest real-estate developers — dozens of premium projects nationwide. As their Art Director and account lead, I ran up to 11 projects at once, each one treated like it was the only one. I initiated and executed a faster way of working — same uncompromising quality, a fraction of the turnaround.

Aura is one of Israel's largest real-estate developers, with dozens of luxury projects across the country. When I came on, the marketing operation still ran on last-century habits — slow, siloed, built for a pace the market had already outgrown. For two years I served as their Art Director and account lead, managing as many as 11 projects in parallel — each one handled like it was the only client I had. I worked in direct communication with the project managers running each development, which meant I wasn't taking briefs from a distance: I shaped the strategy and drove it to execution. We built marketing plans building by building, each mapped to a structured production schedule spanning every channel — print, digital, on-site.The shift wasn't handed to them. I initiated it and made it real: a way of working where compressed timelines stopped costing quality. Faster output, sharper work, nothing dropped — across eleven fronts at once. Two years of that operation running clean is what I'm proudest of.
