Managing complex production systems and automation pipelines is only the infrastructure. The essence of my work rests on a deep understanding of the person at the other end. I build structured, orderly operations precisely so I can free up the mental space to map deep, personalized touchpoints. That's what lets me ensure that even inside a huge, noisy project, the end user gets an individual, distilled experience, as if the entire brand or event was designed exclusively for them.

As a graphic design lecturer in the Art Direction track at Tirtza Granot College, I led a course that took students from zero to full command of the five core Adobe programs. Beyond academia, I independently mentor and train professionals at every level, helping them sharpen and streamline how they work, moving from manual, repetitive labor to smart automation, and building a workflow that integrates AI tools not as a replacement for the human eye, but as leverage that expands what's possible. Translating creative and advanced technology into simple working methods keeps my practice clean and honest: when you have to teach, you can't lean on gut feeling, you have to explain precisely why a given solution is the right one.
